A faith-fueled, intentionally relational community where women are seen, valued, and invited to grow deeper in their relationship with God and one another.
Equip women to slow down, hear God's voice, and faithfully steward what God has entrusted to them in this season.
1. Our qualification comes from God.
"Not that we are sufficiently qualified in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency and qualifications come from God."
-2 Corinthians 3:5
2. We are qualified to share in God's inheritance and light.
"Giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light."
-Colossians 1:12
3. We are heirs and co-heirs with Christ.
"Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory."
-Romans 8:17
Because this is an intentionally relational space, participation is by invitation.
Throughout the year, select gatherings welcome women beyond our current members for a chance to experience the community before the next season of invitation. Queen Qualified exists to help women slow down, hear God's voice, discern what is theirs to carry, and faithfully steward what God has entrusted to them.

Antoinetta Mosley helps women slow down, hear God's voice, and faithfully steward what He has entrusted to them.
Antoinetta Mosley is the founder of Queen Qualified, Chief Encouragement Officer (CEO) of Courage Candy Co., and founder of I Follow the Leader. Through speaking, writing, teaching, and community building, she creates spaces where women can deepen their faith, discern God's voice, and walk faithfully in the unique assignments God has entrusted to them.
Antoinetta believes that every woman is qualified by God, called into His light, and invited to walk faithfully in the unique assignment God has entrusted to her. Through her speaking, books, poetry, and Courage Candy texts, she seeks to help women choose faith over fear, discern what is theirs to carry, release what is not, and move at God's pace rather than the world's.
She is the Chief Encouragement Officer at Courage Candy Co., a sweet venture dedicated to developing more courageous change agents. Antoinetta also serves as a culture strategist at I Follow the Leader, a consulting firm she founded in 2016 that specializes in leadership strategy, initiatives, and education.
Antoinetta is pursuing a Master of Arts in Theology, Justice, and Advocacy at Denver Seminary with an expected graduation of December 2027. She previously earned a BS in Business Management from Georgia Tech (with certificates in Marketing and Social Psychology), followed by a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from Western Michigan University.
Over the years, Antoinetta has stewarded a variety of faith-based women's groups, retreats, and communities. Through those experiences, she noticed a common thread among many women: they were faithful, capable, and carrying more than God ever intended them to hold. Queen Qualified was born from a desire to create a sacred space where women can slow down, hear God's voice, discern their assignments, and be reminded that their qualification comes from Him.
As she steps into this new season, Antoinetta is excited to focus her energy and heart on cultivating Queen Qualified: a faith-fueled community where women are known by name, prayed for by name, and encouraged to carry only what God has entrusted to them.
In 2023, Antoinetta published 6 Months of Courage Candy: Consistently Cultivate Courage to Reach Your Highest Potential, a book filled with daily inspirational messages designed to help readers increase their courage consciousness over six months. She is also the author of the children's book Happy Birthday, Tulip and Violet, and believes we could all use a bit more childlike wonder.
Antoinetta was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and considers herself a Georgia peach at heart. She currently lives on the North Carolina coast with her husband, daughter, and dog. She smiles broadly when hosting, learning, reading, writing poetry, tending her garden, walking on the beach, and gathering with women who desire to grow deeper in their faith and walk more closely with God.
