Every woman is Queen Qualified, called to make an impact and shine as a beacon of light in the world.

Antoinetta
Courage Curator, Antoinetta Mosley is the creator of the Queen Qualified concept and will have the honor of leading this faith-fueled community of sisters.
Because this is an intentionally relational space, participation is by invitation.
Throughout the year, select gatherings welcome women beyond our current members for a chance to experience the community before the next season of invitation. This year, our gatherings will center on the fruit of the Spirit, with past teachings exploring themes such as courage, calling, and spiritual formation.

Faith-fueled reflections on slowing down, trusting God’s timing, and living with courage in the season you’re in.

A faith-fueled, reflective podcast for those learning to trust God’s pace and plan in the season they’re in. Through Scripture, story, and slow reflection, this space invites you to slow your pace, breathe deeply, and rest in the truth that you are not behind.

Text 'courage + faith' to 919-647-7450 to subscribe to receive a weekly courage candy text and bi-weekly faith fuel texts based on biblical scriptures.
Theologically grounded, faith-fueled teachings for women ready to go deeper in God’s Word. Rooted in Scripture and designed with accompanying Courage Contemplation Questions to help the Word continue to take root long after you view the recording.

Courage is not an innate trait — it's a choice, and it can be cultivated. Over six months, five days a week, build your courage consciousness through brief, themed devotional messages, each ending with a Courage Contemplation prompt to help you reflect and act.
Antoinetta Mosley is a courage curator, keynote speaker, and author on a mission to help individuals consistently cultivate courage to reach their highest potential.
Antoinetta believes that God calls for each of us to be strong and courageous as we journey towards our highest potential–our God-given potential. Through her speaking, books, poetry, and courage candy texts, her desire is to help individuals all over the world consistently cultivate courage, choose faith over fear, and lead from a place of courage that inspires the same from others.
She is the Chief Encouragement Officer at Courage Candy Co., a sweet new venture dedicated to developing more courageous change agents. Antoinetta also serves as a culture strategist at I Follow the Leader, a consulting firm she founded in 2016 that specializes in leadership strategy, initiatives, and education.
Antoinetta is pursuing a Master of Arts in Theology, Justice, and Advocacy at Denver Seminary with an expected graduation of December 2027. She previously earned a BS in Business Management from Georgia Tech in 2008 (with certificates in marketing and social psychology), followed by a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from Western Michigan University in 2016.
In recent years, Antoinetta has stewarded a variety of faith-based women’s groups, from leading a college-aged church eGroup to co-leading a women’s community and serving as the 2024 co-host for a confessional community group. In 2024, she also helped plan and co-host two women’s retreats centered on the themes of Ease & Expectancy and Blooming Boldly. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve the Kingdom in three beautiful ways at once and for the connections built through these groups. As she steps into this new season, Antoinetta is excited to concentrate her energy and heart on leading one woman’s community: Queen Qualified.
In 2023, Antoinetta published 6 Months of Courage Candy: Consistently Cultivate Courage to Reach Your Highest Potential, a book filled with daily inspirational messages designed to help readers increase their courage consciousness over six months. She is also the author of the children’s book Happy Birthday, Tulip and Violet, and believes we could all use a bit more childlike wonder. Antoinetta’s deep love for children's development inspired her work as a contract writer for the Sunday School Publishing Board from 2012 to 2020, where she focused on creating lessons for children.
Antoinetta was born in Atlanta, GA, and considers herself a Georgia peach at heart. She currently lives on the North Carolina coast, where she enjoys beach walks with her husband, Thomas, her daughter, and her dog, Remy. They attend 828 Church. Antoinetta smiles broadly when she is hosting, learning, reading, writing poetry, or in community with change agents.
